Yesterday, we were informed that the landlord had given the three bedroom apartment to the people who had already applied for it. While this greatly stressed us, they did offer us a four bedroom apartment for only one hundred dollars more...! We checked it out today and fell in love with it instantly. The building neighbors that of the three bedroom, is on the same floor and has the same exact view. Three of the rooms overlook the Hudson (and George Washington Bridge) while the fourth bedroom and living room look into the courtyard. The kitchen is bigger and the bathroom seems to be newly renovated.
